In personal and professional space the stress is an element of life, that hampers our physical and emotional well-being.

It in-fact takes out the maximum energy out of our body and burns each individual from within. 

Can we do something about this life hammering and emotionally affecting behaviour?

People have, all the life and self-improvement sessions that actually works. 

But, should we get into such a phase of life where, some session is required to handle stress.

No right, life is full of learning is what most people say. But, why haven’t we learnt to handle stress?

We have let stress conquer our mind and body to such a level where, it directly impacts our own loved one’s at times.

Stress
If there is stress, there is solution as well

Let us look about stress from neutral view point:

who has stress? It is we right?

Who should work on it? It is you right?

Did we ever think of ways to self-manage stress?

Life is all about learning new ways and dealing with the problems smartly.

We always blame, people around us for actually pushing us into such a phase.

But, if we self-analyse and see, it is we who have allowed someone to manage our emotions like stress.

We always have contributed very less to manage our own emotions than others.

Try to turn inwards and think for a moment and understand who caused the damage to this so called life.

You’ll be stressful either ways:

  • With or without job your stressful,
  • Whether you have a girlfriend or boyfriend your stressful,
  • With or without spouse your stressful,
  • With or without a house your stressful,

The list goes on and on.

So, If an individual, when in a stressful situation, asks such questions to himself/herself, the change from within is immense.

Let the move be smart.

If we know, to manage certain emotions in the right time and right way, the damage within and around is very minimal.

  2. Beautiful post here Friend. Through the hustle and bustle of life and the desire to do everything, we end up wearing ourselves out. For stress, I recommend a few things. First, start by putting God first, and begin your day with a prayer to God and a heart for God. God is able to orchestrate several things and he can use divine assistance to make our day easier. Second, we need to treat our body like a temple. Energy giving foods are a great resource. Thirdly, we need to take little breaks every now and then to refresh.

    The most important of these is God. When things get tough, we can always reach out to him for help. 
    The Bible says in Philippians 4:6
    “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God”.

    God says in Jeremiah 29:11
    “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.
